( GHRLDC) is a community for HR and L&D executives to discuss, debate and deliberate on latest HR and L&D practices happening in the organizational landscape with the advent of Digital Disruption happening at workplaces today.
HR and L&D conferences are expensive today as they are held in star hotels. To disrupt the delegate fee , GHRLD conducts conferences in Management college auditoriums where HR and L&D professionals who were paying 12k -15k INR per conference as delegate are paying 1250 INR per conference. They sign up for four conferences over 2 to 2.5 year window and connect with ecosystem of HR leaders, L&D leaders
GHRLDC member can present papers in all conferences, , be a jury, speaker , and can be a panelist in our panel rounds.
Solution:GHRLDC is powered by Nasscom, Bangalore chamber of Industry and Commerce and TIE. Conferences are held in Engg colleges/management colleges auditoriums . It will be held on Saturdays only and you will have a ecosystem to meet various senior/middle management . Emerging trends in HR and Learning Systems will be discussed as per Gartner Hype Cycle and Forrester research.
